Application: washing (clear away mildew and other stubborn stain) before silk screen printing, tempering and others.
Process: Acid Spray and Reaction Section (Inlet Segment)→Acid Spray Roller Brush→Isolation Air Knife→ Water Spraying→Isolation Air Knife→Water Spraying Roller Brush→Pure Water Spraying→Air Knife Drying→Outlet Segment.
* Acid water spray for the first time is at least 2 meters away from the first set of pickling rollers, allowing the acid water have time to react with mildew and other stuborn stain. It is conducive to the subsequent washing of the pickling rollers.
* The metal part that contacts the acid water is made of 316L material, and the rubber roller is acid-resistant, which greatly increases the service life.
* PLC with touchscreen and built-in one-button start function, easy to operate, and internal counting function to calculate daily production pieces amount.
