Application: washing before automotive front and rear windshield packaging, lamination.
Process: Inlet Segment→High Pressure Washing→Pure Water Spraying→Multi-pass Air Knives Drying→Outlet Segment
* Mainly suitable for washing single-curved glass or double-curved glass with a height of 150mm~250mm.
* The washing section is mainly flushed with high-pressure water. The water supply pressure of the water pump can reach 12 bar. Both the nozzle and spray water pipe are stainless steel.
* Each group of wind knives is composed of multiple small wind knives. The wind knives can be adjusted electrically, and the PLC has a memory function.
* The air drying section is an integrated room, which is convenient for professionals to adjust the air knife and make maintenance.
* There are two fans in the fan box, one is for the upper air knives part and the other is for the lower air knives part.
