Applicaton: appliance and automotive glass washing before lamination process.
Process: Inlet Segment→Multi-pass Roller Brushes Washing→Pure Water Spraying→Multi-pass Air Knives Drying→Outlet Segment
* Mainly suitable for washing single-curved glass or double-curved glass with a height less than 50mm.
* The frame is made of stainless steel. The host part is divided into two parts, the upper part can be lifted and lowered, and the lifting height is 400mm.
* The conveyor adopts flexible belt drive. The wind knife is divided into multiple pieces, which can be adjusted to get close to the curved shape of the glass in order to enhance the drying effect.
* The shape of the brush is cut into an arc, close to the curved surface of the glass, fitting the glass as closely as possible, and can effectively wash the glass surface.
* PLC with touchscreen and built-in one-button start function, easy to operate, and internal counting function to calculate daily production pieces amount.
