Process: Inlet Segment (Pre-spraying+Isolating Air Knife )→Disk Brush Washing→Spraying→Isolating Air Knife→Roller Brushes Washing→Pure Water Spraying→Air Knives Drying→Outlet Segment
* There are two groups of disc brushes in a section of disc brush, and each group of disk brushes has two lines of disc brushes, and the glass surface is brushed.
* According to the process and the original film, the disc brush section amount can be configured.
* The disc brush section can also be added with cerium oxide and other polishing powder according to the requirements, and the disc brush is isolated by water flushing and air knife after washing, so as to reduce the polishing powder brought into the subsequent process.
* PLC with touchscreen and built-in one-button start function, easy to operate, and internal counting function to calculate daily production pieces amount.
