Application: washing before architectural curved glass packaging or lamination.
Process: Inlet Segment→High Pressure Washing→Pure Water Spraying→Air Knives Drying→Outlet Segment.
* The conveyor is a flexible belt conveyor with a conveying speed of 1~6m/min.
* The washing section is mainly flushed with high-pressure water. The water supply pressure of the water pump can reach 12 bar. The nozzle is stainless steel, and the spray water pipe is made of PPR, which can be bent into a corresponding arc.
* The original wind knife structure can better fit the curvature of the glass and perfectly solve the difficulty of washing curved steel, which is the pioneer in the industry.
* When washing different specification glass, edit, save or call on can be operated by touchscreen.
