Process: Inlet Segment (Pre-spraying+Isolating Air Knife )→Roller Brushes Washing→Pure Water Spray→Air Knives Drying→Outlet Segment
* The upper brush are soft and hard. When washing LOW-E glass or color-printed coated glass, the hard brush is lifted and it doesn’t join in the work. When washing ordinary glass, the hard brush is lowered to join in the work, which is beneficial to enhance the cleanliness.
* This machine adopts special aluminum alloy wind knife structure, which has the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency, no deformation during use, etc. It can effectively remove debris on the glass surface without leaving any traces.
* PLC with touchscreen and built-in one-button start function, easy to operate.
