Application: hoousehold appliance glass and photovoltaic glass deep processing industry, washing before screen printing, tempering, packaging and others.
Process: Inlet Segment (Pre-spraying+Isolating Air Knife )→Roller Brushes Washing→Pure Water Spray→Air Knives Drying→Outlet Segment
* The specifial process is designed differently according to requirement. Different process layout design are carried out for different users based on different references such as the original film, origin, process, etc.
* The frame is made of stainless steel and is divided into two parts, the upper part can be lifted and lowered according to different glass thicknesses, and the machine will be reset to zero regularly;
* According to user’s requirement, a deionizer can be installed at the outlet to remove static electricity on the glass surface.
* PLC with touchscreen and built-in one-button start function, easy to operate, and internal counting function to calculate daily production pieces amount.
